Story of Season 1
Off the coast of Scotland in the perilous North Sea, Magnus (Iain Glen) and his team are working on the Kinloch Bravo oil rig.
When they are about to head back to land, a “mysterious and all-enveloping fog” breaks down all of their communication with the outside world and produces earthquakes on the rig.
